Adrian and Jacquelyn Rollings believe that Continuing Professional Development (CPD) offers numerous exciting opportunities for the whole Dental Team to learn new skills and keep up to date with advances in technology.
They also believe that CPD begins by all members of the Dental Team, from the Team Leader Dentist to the newest trainee staff member understanding each others roles so that we can work collaboratively in the best interest of the patient.
Over the years Adrian and Jacquelyn have welcomed guest lecturers from the United Kingdom and overseas from Europe and as far afield as Japan and the USA. Adrian and Jacquelyn have also shared their own knowledge by tutoring courses on subjects such as Dental Ceramics and Dental Metallurgy and have had attendees from all over the United Kingdom.

Recent events at the facility have included a four-day foundation course in Dental Implants organised by a dentist who owns a local implant referral practice. This course was aimed at Dentists who would like to undertake the restorative element of dental implants. The programme also included the opportunity for the Dentists taking part to bring their whole practice teams for several modules.

We recognise that the world of Dental Practice is more competitive and more heavily regulated than ever. Guess what, it’s just the same in the Dental Laboratory world. But by working together in smarter and more innovative ways we can all be stronger by better meeting the individual patient’s requirements.
There are many ways that we can help, that’s why Adrian and Jacquelyn Rollings have such a strong history of commitment to Continuing Professional Development for the whole Dental Team.
